- Image of the book's cover
- Three interior images from the book
All images must be no larger than 500 px wide. Any images not fitting these guidelines will not be considered.
If you are submitting more than one book, please complete a second page of the attached form for each book. Limit of 3 books per self-publisher (artist or independent publisher)
